Requirements
- Extensive enterprise sales experience, specifically selling complex solutions into pharmaceutical or biotech companies.
- Proven track record of closing multiple £450K+ ACV deals.
- Established network of senior decision-makers and procurement stakeholders within pharmaceutical and biotech organisations.
- Extensive experience coordinating RFP responses, bid submission, and bid defence processes.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multi-stakeholder buying groups.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills.
- Understanding of the pharma R&D lifecycle, particularly clinical trials and digital health technologies.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition, meeting or exceeding an annual revenue target of £1.5M+ in new sales, through structuring and negotiating multi-year, multi-trial contracts.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
- Engage senior decision-makers in pharmaceutical and biotech companies through a thought-leadership approach.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with R&D, clinical operations, and procurement teams.
- Manage pipeline within HubSpot, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and deal tracking.
- Work closely with Product, Science, and Tech teams to ensure client insights shape product roadmap.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and competitor positioning.
