Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product design with a strong focus on growth, activation, conversion, or retention outcomes.
  • Proven experience designing and improving B2B SaaS or developer-focused products in PLG, freemium, or trial-to-paid models.
  • Strong background in experimentation, including hypothesis definition, A/B testing, and data-driven evaluation of design impact.
  • Experience working directly with funnel analytics, activation metrics, and customer behavior data to guide design decisions.
  • Ability to identify systemic UX issues and design scalable solutions across entire user journeys rather than isolated screens.
  • Familiarity with developer workflows including APIs, SDK setup, CLI tools, and integration experiences.
  • Exposure to or strong interest in AI-driven interfaces and agent-based workflows, with curiosity for emerging onboarding paradigms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize end-to-end activation and trial experiences, from signup through SDK integration, first feature use, and conversion to paid plans.
  • Analyze funnel data, user behavior, and qualitative feedback to identify drop-offs and define design-led solutions that improve activation and retention.
  • Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and iterate quickly on growth-focused product improvements.
  • Improve onboarding flows for both traditional and emerging agentic interfaces, including AI-driven and API-based onboarding experiences.
  • Enhance discoverability and adoption of advanced product features by improving information architecture and in-product guidance systems.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and growth teams to influence roadmap priorities based on data-backed design opportunities.
  • Contribute to a strong critique culture by presenting design decisions clearly and incorporating structured feedback into iterations.
