Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Design.
- Proven success owning projects from problem definition to launch and iteration.
- Proven success communicating and collaborating with Engineering and Product teams.
- Portfolio showcasing strong product thinking, interaction design, and craft.
- Experience at an early-stage startup is a plus.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or FinTech is a plus.
- Active use of AI tools in design workflow (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
Responsibilities
- Own Product Work End-to-End: Define problems, explore solution spaces, validate concepts, and ship product.
- Prototype Using AI Tools: Use Cursor and Claude Code to build and iterate on flows and interactions.
- Polish Validated Concepts Using Figma: Translate validated concepts into Figma for full state coverage.
- Build Meadow's Product Design Practice: Help shape Product Design from the ground up.
