- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and handle feedback
Responsibilities
- Own design end-to-end for your pod — from early exploration and problem framing through implementation and iteration
- Be an equal partner with PM and engineering in shaping product direction, not just executing on it
- Bring high craft to every surface you touch — strong UX thinking and sharp visual design, working together
- Know when a problem needs your full design attention and when the right move is to consult, equip, and get out of the way
- Navigate ambiguous problems and make them clearer
- Communicate design decisions with clarity and conviction
- Actively use and experiment with AI tools in your design workflow
