Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, languages, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in translation, localization, or language project management
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to clarity and detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, contractor-based environment
  • Experience with project management tools and document management systems (e.g., SharePoint or similar)
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to quality and process adherence
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the execution of multiple translation and localization projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Build, maintain, and monitor project schedules and timelines in alignment with client expectations and SLAs
  • Track project progress, identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, communications, and records using relevant tools and systems
  • Prepare quotes, invoices, and related administrative project documentation to support business operations and revenue tracking
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, procedures, and quality requirements across all project stages
  • Support client and internal meetings by documenting discussions, actions, and follow-ups
  • Communicate effectively with clients, linguists, and internal stakeholders to ensure clarity on scope, expectations, and progress
