Requirements
- Experience in videogames and/or localization sectors (client or vendor side).
- Degree in Business, Audio, Translation, Computer Science, or Games Development is an advantage.
- Experience managing multilingual environments and/or projects.
- Knowledge of production and/or CAT Tools (memoQ is an advantage).
- Advanced knowledge of PC and MS Office products.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage localization projects involving text, audio, and QA/testing.
- Define project scope, schedules, workflows, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate multilingual production pipelines across internal teams and external vendors.
- Monitor project processes and ensure delivery according to schedule.
- Manage project finances, including quotes, profit margins, and invoicing.
- Liaise with clients to understand goals and address concerns.
- Collaborate with global team members and provide project documentation.
- Participate in process and tool improvement initiatives.
