Doctorate & 2 years, Master’s & 6 years, Bachelor’s & 8 years, Associate’s & 10 years, or High School diploma & 12 years of clinical execution experience.
Minimum 2 years of direct people management or leadership experience in projects, teams, programs, or resource allocation.
Advanced English proficiency.
7+ years in life sciences or medically related field (preferred).
4+ years in biopharmaceutical clinical research (preferred).
Experience managing multiple teams across clinical functions and trials.
Experience overseeing clinical research vendors (CROs, central labs, imaging vendors).
Knowledge of local regulatory requirements for global clinical trials.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Lead and mentor LSOMs, ensuring skill development and readiness to manage complex clinical trials.
Oversee the delivery of the country’s study portfolio, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Monitor study progress, assess risks, and support issue resolution and escalation for LSOMs.
Manage LSOM and vendor performance, driving solutions to local operational challenges and ensuring portfolio targets are met.
Foster collaboration across local and global study teams to enhance efficiency, implement best practices, and support knowledge sharing.
Optimize resource allocation across teams, including FSP and FTE personnel, to align with global priorities.
Promote continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and adherence to regulatory and quality standards.
