Requirements

- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects from initiation to delivery.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and balance multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and drive business development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, design coordination, execution, and completion phases.
- Build and manage project teams, defining governance structures, roles, and operational workflows.
- Establish project objectives, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans to achieve successful outcomes.
- Oversee project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, quality standards, and financial targets.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, including clients, investors, authorities, and internal teams.
- Facilitate negotiations, approvals, and regulatory interactions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive client relationship management, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and repeat business opportunities.
- Represent the organization in client meetings, industry forums, and stakeholder engagements.
