Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, project management, product management, alliances, consulting, or software sales.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in technology or SaaS environments.
- Strong experience managing project lifecycles from initiation through completion.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for senior leadership engagement.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to build internal and external relationships.
- Familiarity with Corporate Performance Management solutions and enterprise software ecosystems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and lifecycle management of strategic partner programs.
- Translate partnership and alliance strategies into structured operational plans and governance models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Develop and optimize partner tiering frameworks, investment structures, and regional processes.
- Establish partner performance tracking, scorecards, and reporting frameworks.
- Drive adoption and enhancement of partner-facing tools and enablement infrastructure.
- Manage strategic initiatives tied to ecosystem expansion, reseller models, and ISV programs.
- Coordinate executive-level engagement, communications, and risk mitigation.
- Support continuous improvement through quarterly business reviews and OKR planning.
