Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5–7 years of experience in customer experience, retention, loyalty, lifecycle, or growth program management
- Demonstrated ownership of CX/retention initiatives with measurable impact
- Experience in DTC and/or subscription-based businesses
- Strong understanding of subscriber lifecycle dynamics and churn drivers
- Experience partnering with Product teams on feature launches
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication skills
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage CX growth programs including in-box experience, gifting, free samples, and loyalty initiatives
- Translate CX strategy into a prioritized execution roadmap to improve subscriber health and LTV
- Lead optimization of post-purchase experiences to ensure measurable impact on retention
- Partner with Product teams to launch subscriber-facing features
- Collaborate with Brand and Marketing for program activation
- Measure and analyze program performance using LTV and engagement metrics
- Manage and mentor CX growth specialists
- Identify and propose new opportunities for retention and support reduction
