Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Deep familiarity with creator platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, or newsletters.
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging metrics like ROAS, CPM, and conversion rates.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple creator relationships simultaneously.
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and adapt to dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with creators, agencies, and their representatives across multiple platforms.
- Lead deal negotiations, balancing performance targets with creator expectations.
- Evaluate creators’ audience quality, engagement authenticity, and fit with the company’s mission.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of sponsorship campaigns, including briefs, timelines, and approvals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand and optimized for conversions.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, installs, subscriptions, and ROI.
- Identify opportunities to expand successful partnerships into long-term or multi-platform collaborations.
