Requirements

  • 3+ years of paid media, web, social media, and demand generation experience
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Advertising, Commerce, Business Administration, Math or related field
  • Experience in a global B2B SaaS company in a highly-regulated industry
  • Exceptional English language verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience building multi-touch attribution programs
  • Experience with A/B testing and customer lifecycle optimization
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, GTM, SEMrush
  • Proficiency in marketing automation/CRM tools such as Pardot, HubSpot, or Salesforce
  • Ability to analyze large data sets in Excel and/or data visualization tools
  • Understanding of SEO, AEO/AI-driven discovery, and conversion rate optimization

Responsibilities

  • Drive digital programs from inception through execution and support digital marketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads and awareness globally
  • Developing the digital strategy and roadmap and deliver against it
  • Measure, track, and optimize on channel and program performance
  • Reporting across all digital channels results and marketing lifecycle results
  • Lead with a data-driven mindset using live dashboards
  • Align and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain a cohesive strategy
  • Run programs touching all aspects of the buyer/customer journey
  • Lead the development and management of website landing pages
  • Responsible for paid media strategy, planning and buying
  • Proactively research new technologies
