Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, consistently exceeding revenue and pipeline targets
  • Strong background in SaaS and/or corporate travel or enterprise solution sales
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles end-to-end
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong financial acumen, including ability to articulate ROI and business impact
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence skills
  • Highly resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable in a high-performance sales environment
  • French language proficiency is highly preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory

Responsibilities

  • Driving new client acquisition through proactive prospecting, outreach, and relationship building
  • Leading consultative sales conversations with C-level executives
  • Developing compelling proposals, presentations, and ROI-driven business cases
  • Managing and advancing a disciplined sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align solution design, pricing, and implementation planning
  • Negotiating and closing contracts while overcoming objections
  • Tracking performance against sales targets
