Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, consistently exceeding revenue and pipeline targets
- Strong background in SaaS and/or corporate travel or enterprise solution sales
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles end-to-end
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong financial acumen, including ability to articulate ROI and business impact
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence skills
- Highly resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable in a high-performance sales environment
- French language proficiency is highly preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory
Responsibilities
- Driving new client acquisition through proactive prospecting, outreach, and relationship building
- Leading consultative sales conversations with C-level executives
- Developing compelling proposals, presentations, and ROI-driven business cases
- Managing and advancing a disciplined sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align solution design, pricing, and implementation planning
- Negotiating and closing contracts while overcoming objections
- Tracking performance against sales targets
