- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and messaging skills with the ability to create engaging, conversion-focused content.
- Solid understanding of B2B buyer journeys, sales funnels, and relationship-driven selling approaches.
- Experience managing LinkedIn content strategy, personal branding initiatives, or founder-led growth campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and optimize conversion rates.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a proactive, self-directed working style.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote and fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, lead tracking tools, inbound funnels, and demand generation concepts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content-led inbound marketing strategy focused on generating qualified B2B leads and pipeline opportunities.
- Create high-performing LinkedIn content including posts, thought leadership pieces, carousels, hooks, and audience engagement campaigns.
- Turn audience interactions such as comments, direct messages, and profile engagement into meaningful business conversations and sales opportunities.
- Build and optimize inbound funnels that guide prospects from content engagement to booked sales calls and pipeline conversion.
- Manage lead nurturing activities through value-driven messaging, strategic follow-ups, and educational content sharing.
- Analyze content performance, engagement quality, and funnel conversion metrics to continuously optimize messaging and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with leadership on positioning, audience insights, offer refinement, and growth initiatives.
- Support the development of lead magnets, nurture sequences, and scalable inbound marketing systems when needed.
