Responsibilities
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to facilitate onboarding and success.
- Take ownership of client onboarding processes, including tech setup, database integration, and providing scripts to developers.
- Spearhead and participate in introductory calls with new clients.
- Craft personalized onboarding plans in collaboration with clients.
- Orchestrate training sessions for clients and sales representatives.
- Prepare and deliver reports to clients to provide insights.
- Participate in quarterly reviews with dealer groups.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues.
- Investigate team requirements and propose solutions.
- Identify areas for process improvement and product enhancement.
