Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to facilitate onboarding and success.
  • Take ownership of client onboarding processes, including tech setup, database integration, and providing scripts to developers.
  • Spearhead and participate in introductory calls with new clients.
  • Craft personalized onboarding plans in collaboration with clients.
  • Orchestrate training sessions for clients and sales representatives.
  • Prepare and deliver reports to clients to provide insights.
  • Participate in quarterly reviews with dealer groups.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues.
  • Investigate team requirements and propose solutions.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and product enhancement.
