Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, performance marketing, or media buying roles.
- Proven track record of closing deals and delivering against revenue or performance-based targets.
- Strong understanding of creator ecosystems across major and emerging platforms.
- Experience managing or coaching small teams in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret ROAS, CAC, CPM, and other performance metrics.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with evolving business models.
- Experience working with subscription-based or direct-to-consumer products is a strong asset.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale creator sponsorship strategies across emerging platforms, from planning and negotiation through execution and optimization.
- Develop data-driven insights on creator performance, audience behavior, and content formats that maximize conversion and return on investment.
- Identify, negotiate, and close high-value sponsorship deals with creators across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, and other emerging channels.
- Lead and coach a small team responsible for creator discovery, relationship management, and campaign execution.
- Build forecasting models and performance reports to track ROI, CAC, CPM, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, analytics, and growth to align strategy and optimize the full creator funnel.
- Continuously refine processes and playbooks to scale operations across new and evolving platforms.
- Stay ahead of platform trends and audience behaviors to inform strategy and maintain early-mover advantage.
