  • Ability to manage multi-channel message boards while tracking core analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and cultivate the daily energy, tone, and engagement across all core community spaces (Discord, Telegram, and emerging digital channels).
  • Recruit, train, and manage an elite global team of moderators and community champions.
  • Conceptualize, launch, and host high-velocity community initiatives including live audio spaces and tournaments.
  • Act as the critical human bridge between users and the product team.
  • Perform crisis management and real-time sentiment control during high-traffic product launches.
  • Optimize the initial community entry funnel for new arrivals.
