Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally within SaaS, fintech, payments, or accounts receivable software.
- Proven success owning and executing full-cycle go-to-market strategies for complex B2B products with measurable business impact.
- Strong ability to translate technical product capabilities into compelling messaging for executive, sales, and customer audiences.
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize market, customer, and competitive data into strategic insights.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., LLMs such as Claude or similar) for research, content development, and strategy support.
- Experience mentoring or developing junior marketers is highly preferred.
- MBA is a plus.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of differentiated product positioning, messaging, and value propositions grounded in customer, market, and competitive insights.
- Own and execute go-to-market strategies for major product launches and updates across multiple segments and verticals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on product capabilities, buyer personas, and competitive landscape to guide marketing and sales strategy.
- Build and drive thought leadership initiatives through content such as webinars, whitepapers, events, and digital campaigns.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement tools including pitch decks, battlecards, ROI materials, and solution guides.
- Partner closely with Product Management and Sales to influence roadmap direction and ensure alignment on customer needs.
- Mentor and support junior product marketing team members, contributing to overall team capability and performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive execution of GTM strategies and consistent customer experience.
