- Proven track record owning GTM strategies that drive adoption and revenue.
- Strong storytelling skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS.
- Ability to operate independently and build from zero.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, insights, or outcomes.
- High curiosity and adaptability with emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for launches and key initiatives.
- Develop clear, differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Translate complex product capabilities into compelling, customer-facing narratives.
- Drive GTM readiness including launch narratives, content, and Sales/CS enablement.
- Integrate product-led and sales-led motions into a unified GTM strategy.
- Use AI to accelerate content creation and improve personalization and insights.
- Define segments and personas to guide targeting and positioning.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify differentiation opportunities.
