Requirements

  • Proven track record owning GTM strategies that drive adoption and revenue.
  • Strong storytelling skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS.
  • Ability to operate independently and build from zero.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, insights, or outcomes.
  • High curiosity and adaptability with emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for launches and key initiatives.
  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into compelling, customer-facing narratives.
  • Drive GTM readiness including launch narratives, content, and Sales/CS enablement.
  • Integrate product-led and sales-led motions into a unified GTM strategy.
  • Use AI to accelerate content creation and improve personalization and insights.
  • Define segments and personas to guide targeting and positioning.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify differentiation opportunities.
