Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in Product Marketing or related roles (SaaS, marketplace, creator economy, or digital platforms preferred)
  • Proven track record owning GTM strategies that drive adoption and revenue
  • Strong storytelling skills—able to make complex products simple and compelling
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS
  • Ability to operate independently and build from zero in a team-of-one environment
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable using data to inform strategy and measure impact
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, insights, or outcomes
  • High curiosity and adaptability with emerging technologies

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for launches and key initiatives
  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions
  • Translate complex product capabilities into compelling, customer-facing narratives
  • Act as the connective tissue across Product, Brand, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Drive GTM readiness, including launch narratives, content, pricing context, and Sales/CS enablement
  • Use AI to accelerate content creation, messaging, and GTM execution
  • Integrate product-led and sales-led motions into a unified GTM strategy
  • Define segments and personas to guide targeting and positioning
