Requirements
- 7–10+ years in Product Marketing or related roles (SaaS, marketplace, creator economy, or digital platforms preferred)
- Proven track record owning GTM strategies that drive adoption and revenue
- Strong storytelling skills—able to make complex products simple and compelling
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS
- Ability to operate independently and build from zero in a team-of-one environment
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable using data to inform strategy and measure impact
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, insights, or outcomes
- High curiosity and adaptability with emerging technologies
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for launches and key initiatives
- Develop clear, differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Translate complex product capabilities into compelling, customer-facing narratives
- Act as the connective tissue across Product, Brand, Sales, and Customer Success
- Drive GTM readiness, including launch narratives, content, pricing context, and Sales/CS enablement
- Use AI to accelerate content creation, messaging, and GTM execution
- Integrate product-led and sales-led motions into a unified GTM strategy
- Define segments and personas to guide targeting and positioning
