Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in vertical SaaS and enterprise-facing environments
- Proven ability to develop positioning and narratives for complex, multi-product platforms
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, including multi-stakeholder decision-making and value-driven evaluation processes
- Experience building high-impact sales enablement tools such as decks, value frameworks, and executive-level messaging
- Hands-on experience with pricing and packaging strategy, including tiering models and monetization design
- Ability to translate technical product capabilities into clear commercial value propositions
- Strong collaboration skills across Product, Sales, Finance, and GTM functions
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Responsibilities
- Define and own the upmarket segment strategy, including ICP refinement and buyer committee mapping across enterprise and multi-location customers
- Build compelling enterprise positioning and narrative frameworks that clearly articulate platform value and differentiation
- Develop sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, messaging guides, ROI narratives, and objection-handling frameworks
- Partner with sales teams on strategic deals, refining messaging and tools based on buyer feedback
- Lead pricing and packaging strategy across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments
- Translate market insights into structured recommendations on tiers, value metrics, and monetization models
- Influence product roadmap discussions by synthesizing enterprise customer needs
