Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or similar field
- Experience with project/program management in planning, defining and documenting testing progress
- Strong experience with test strategy and creating detailed test plans in a large enterprise organization
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and SmartSheet
- Knowledge of testing tools and systems such as Jira Zephyr
- Demonstrated experience with system integration and data testing
- Knowledge of test automation tools and process for implementation
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate to senior leadership
- Ability to execute on multiple deliverables in parallel
- Advanced proficiency in managing defect cycles and root-cause analysis
Responsibilities
- Define and document test approach and delivery plan for multiple workstreams of a large program
- Execute an end-to-end test strategy across multiple legacy and acquired systems
- Lead data validation, mapping, transformation logic, and reconciliation reporting
- Perform system integration testing across APIs, middleware, and interfaces (HRIS, ERP, finance)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, HR, Finance, Security, and vendors
- Manage complex defect cycles, root-cause analysis, and resolution tracking
- Build automated regression suites and validate compliance, security, and PII controls
- Monitor and report status, quality metrics, risks, and mitigation plans to executive stakeholders
- Facilitate defect triage calls and ensure clear entry/exit criteria for test phases
