Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience in Technical Program Management.
- 2-4 years of experience supporting software engineering teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Experience with product lifecycle management and product operations best practices.
- Experience working with SaaS products like Jira.
- Understanding of SQL.
- Experience working in iterative, fast-paced weekly release environments using agile and scrum processes.
- Capable of translating and communicating highly technical requirements for customer or business impact.
- Curiosity for AI-first security products.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex technical requirements from Product, Platform, Infrastructure, and ML Engineering into program plans.
- Drive programs and manage project schedules by determining dependencies, addressing risks, and reporting progress.
- Participate in technical strategy development and resource planning.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment.
- Design, establish, and iterate on best practices for operational excellence, including incident management and post-mortems.
