Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or a related role
- Hands-on experience working with Agile engineering teams as a Scrum Master or delivery lead
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team technical programs from planning through execution
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in fast-changing environments
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Servant-leader mindset
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Senior Technical Program Manager and Scrum Master for 2–3 engineering teams
- Lead end-to-end program management for complex technical initiatives and client implementations
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate roadmap priorities into executable plans
- Own execution tracking, including sprint health, milestones, dependencies, and delivery
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and blockers
- Coordinate cross-functional and cross-team dependencies
- Drive continuous improvement of SDLC and Agile delivery processes
- Provide clear communication and reporting on progress, risks, and metrics to stakeholders
