Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience managing complex programs or projects, preferably within government defense, intelligence, or security environments.
  • Strong experience working directly with U.S. Government agencies and navigating government operational processes and stakeholder environments.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders, and influence decision-making across multiple levels.
  • Experience with government contracts, proposal development, and submission processes is highly preferred.
  • PMP certification or formal project management training is considered a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of investigations, intelligence operations, or intelligence cycle processes is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative and cross-functional team environments.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is considered a strong asset.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as required by client and operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of government defense, security, and intelligence-related programs while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients on operational program matters, ensuring all contractual deliverables and performance expectations are successfully met.
  • Develop and implement project plans, operational procedures, oversight frameworks, and reporting systems to support scalable and efficient program execution.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding each organization’s operational goals and delivering a high-quality customer experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients and internal stakeholders by aligning business objectives, operational priorities, and technology implementation strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing projects, improve client adoption, and support long-term account growth across government programs.
  • Support business development and proposal efforts by providing guidance on government contract navigation, sales cycle optimization, and operational planning.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders to maintain technical and business integrity across all initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor program team members and direct reports while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
