Requirements

  • 8+ years of full cycle sales enterprise selling experience.
  • Strong background in security and/or networking software.
  • 5+ years of co-selling experience with a strong partner network.
  • Ability to deliver compelling teaching conversations tailored to prospect situations.
  • Capable of engaging with urgency and utilizing multiple sales channels.
  • Strong listening and questioning skills.
  • Technically savvy to understand the solution.
  • Successful track record of selling to the C-suite.
  • Strong rolodex of contacts in the region.
  • Experience in a fast-paced company with adaptability.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an Enterprise Account Executive finding and creating new sales opportunities within target accounts.
  • Lead a virtual team of Illumio people and external partners to win opportunities.
  • Create and execute a territory plan focusing on landing and expanding.
  • Prospect into target accounts to engage potential champions and sponsors.
  • Drive a regional sales plan with collaboration between ADRs, partner account managers, and customer success.
  • Accurately forecast business objectives.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with resellers and system integrators.
