Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting within SaaS cybersecurity environments.
- Strong expertise in cybersecurity technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, Cloud Security, Email Security, or related security operations platforms.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Hands-on experience with major public cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Practical scripting or programming knowledge using tools such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, or APIs.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, technical discovery processes, and pre-sales best practices.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-growth remote environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality pre-sales technical support and sales engineering expertise throughout the customer journey.
- Partner closely with sales teams to understand customer business and technical requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Support sales methodology execution and ensure effective use of CRM systems.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor on cloud security and automation.
- Participate in conferences and industry events.
- Contribute feedback to product management regarding customer requirements and market trends.
- Support achievement of sales objectives by driving technical validation.
- Maintain accountability for internal systems and reporting accuracy.
