Job Details

Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting within SaaS cybersecurity environments.
Strong expertise in cybersecurity technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, Cloud Security, Email Security, or related security operations platforms.
Fluency in both French and English.
Hands-on experience with major public cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Practical scripting or programming knowledge using tools such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, or APIs.
Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, technical discovery processes, and pre-sales best practices.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-growth remote environment.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently.

Deliver high-quality pre-sales technical support and sales engineering expertise throughout the customer journey.
Partner closely with sales teams to understand customer business and technical requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities.
Support sales methodology execution and ensure effective use of CRM systems.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
Act as a trusted technical advisor on cloud security and automation.
Participate in conferences and industry events.
Contribute feedback to product management regarding customer requirements and market trends.
Support achievement of sales objectives by driving technical validation.
Maintain accountability for internal systems and reporting accuracy.
