Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, SRE, or cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or C#/.Net
- Experience with DevOps platforms: GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Jenkins
- Hands-on experience with observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Experience with service-oriented architectures and cloud-native distributed systems
- Experience with redundancy and disaster recovery
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Implement and advocate for reliability, observability, and scalability practices
- Develop automated solutions for system reliability and capacity planning
- Define and improve Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs)
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps practices
- Conduct root cause analysis and lead postmortem reviews
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations
- Influence and mentor engineering teams on SRE principles
