Requirements
- 4+ years of software quality assurance experience
- Strong coding skills in Python
- Experience designing automated test frameworks
- Proven experience testing RESTful web services and web applications in Azure
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)
- Awareness of security and compliance considerations in financial software
- Familiarity with Selenium WebDriver, Postman, or equivalent tools
- Experience or desire to apply AI-assisted development tools to QA work
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or related discipline
- Intermediate high level of English
Responsibilities
- Strengthen and extend our automated regression framework
- Push testing left by driving unit or integration tests
- Build and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Ensure numerical correctness for financial calculations
- Own CI/CD quality gates and manage flaky tests
- Treat performance as a quality attribute
- Investigate production defects and feed findings back into test layers
- Develop and execute functional/regression tests for desktop and web applications
- Use AI tools to expand coverage and sharpen processes
- Partner with developers on testable design and code reviews
