Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Consulting or a combination of these, selling to enterprise environments.
- A “Product Journey" and “Customer Journey” mindset with a deep desire to deploy impactful solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and/or previous experience working as a software engineer or a DevOps engineer.
- Observability tooling e.g. Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace
- Build tools e.g. Maven, Gradle, Android, Bazel, npm, Python
- CI/CD tooling e.g. Jenkins, GitLab, TeamCity, GitHub Actions, Harness, ArgoCD
- Artifact repositories e.g. Artifactory, Nexus
- Software Supply Chain Security
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize activities autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives through MEDDIC to identify, qualify, and develop enterprise opportunities.
- Conduct customer discovery, deliver compelling software demos, solution presentations and PoCs showcasing Develocity’s value.
- Bring structured customer feedback to Product Marketing, Product Management and Engineering to shape the roadmap.
- Up to ~35% travel to customer sites and events.
