Requirements
- 7–12 years of software engineering experience with a focus on quality and CI/CD.
- Deep expertise in test strategy and architecture.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines at scale.
- Proficiency in polyglot environments (TypeScript/React, Node.js, Java, Python).
- Familiarity with modern test tooling (Playwright, Vitest, Jest, Cypress, Stryker, Pact).
- Understanding of software quality metrics.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Experience working in a remote-first, asynchronous culture.
Responsibilities
- Audit test coverage and CI pipelines across OpenCTI, OpenAEV, and OpenGRC.
- Define and implement a cross-product test strategy.
- Consolidate and standardize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Build shared test tooling, templates, and libraries.
- Introduce and maintain performance and load testing practices.
- Define and enforce standards for test reliability and pipeline speed.
- Collaborate with product teams to embed quality practices through pairing and reviews.
- Evaluate new testing tools and AI-assisted engineering practices.
