Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 8-12 years in Software Quality Assurance with experience leading quality initiatives for complex systems.
- Proactive use of AI-powered tools (e.g., Augment, Cursor, Gemini).
- Skilled in designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably Python).
- Hands-on expertise in frontend testing (Playwright) and backend testing (Postman, RestAssured, Locust).
- Ownership of continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience managing the full release cycle.
- Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Strong experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Review technical design documents and API specifications (Swagger/OpenAPI) to provide feedback on testability.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define the automation strategy for new feature releases.
- Design and execute complex test cases targeting frontend and backend systems.
- Develop comprehensive test suites for frontend and backend (RESTful/GraphQL APIs).
- Maintain and extend backend automation frameworks (Locust, Pytest, RestAssured) utilizing LLMs.
- Establish and enforce QA best practices, coding standards, and rigorous code review processes.
- Develop automated test result reports and highlight quality risks.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and track bugs using AI tools for root cause analysis.
