Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Automation Testing.
- 3+ years in a Lead or Senior Engineer role.
- Strong, hands-on expertise in Playwright with Python.
- Experience designing and maintaining Playwright-based automation frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL for backend and data validation.
- Strong understanding of EDI testing and report validation in enterprise environments.
- Solid experience working in Agile environments with tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4–5 QA Automation Engineers.
- Build, enhance, and maintain robust automation suites using Playwright + Python.
- Perform end-to-end testing across FUT, SIT, and UAT phases.
- Drive continuous improvements in automation frameworks, QA processes, and tooling.
- Define and enforce QA best practices, automation standards, and coding guidelines.
- Partner with engineering leads and product stakeholders to shape quality roadmap and risk assessments.
- Ensure the team maintains high standards of test coverage, automation stability, and defect prevention.
- Represent QA in cross‑functional discussions, release readiness reviews, and customer-facing updates.
