Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, including at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Advanced proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and transformer-based architectures.
- Deep experience with frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers and related ML toolkits.
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end machine learning systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps practices and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on scalable AI innovation.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall AI/ML strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and innovation priorities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists, fostering technical excellence and growth.
- Architect and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning solutions, with a focus on transformer-based models and Generative AI.
- Develop, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for real-world enterprise applications.
- Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for scalable, production-grade AI systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
- Oversee the full ML lifecycle, including data preparation, model training, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with emerging AI research and integrate relevant innovations into production systems.
