Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure and platform engineering
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps, AWS, GCP, and CNCF ecosystem
- Advanced programming skills in Go, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.js
- Background designing and operating distributed systems and event-driven architectures
- Experience with message brokers such as Kafka or NATS
- Expertise in observability tooling and OpenTelemetry
- Experience building Kubernetes extensions or operators
- Understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction and architectural strategy for core infrastructure services
- Design, build, and optimize scalable Kubernetes-based infrastructure and GitOps workflows
- Drive improvements in developer experience by automating infrastructure operations
- Act as the senior escalation point during critical incidents
- Architect and maintain secure infrastructure practices
- Build and evolve high-performance distributed systems and event-driven architectures
- Collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps, InfoSec, and engineering teams
- Mentor engineers through technical leadership and code reviews
