Responsibilities
- Manage entity compliance across the US and Canada to ensure good standing.
- Monitor intellectual property and handle cease-and-desist workflows.
- Investigate complex consumer escalations and spearhead compliance training.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to drive process improvements.
- Lead compliance audits across operations.
- Automate manual legal workflows using AI and low-code tools.
