Responsibilities
- Build and maintain operational workflows and project management systems across casting, digital brands, and creator initiatives
- Own the tooling stack for digital content operations (Monday, Airtable, etc.)
- Design cross-functional handoff processes to eliminate bottlenecks
- Create and maintain dashboards for project status and team capacity visibility
- Document processes, SOPs, and playbooks
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements
