Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, provider relations, customer service, or enablement.
- Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Google Suite.
- Proven project management ability.
- Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Gemini, and WorkRamp is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and resolve technical issues autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Lead and moderate live and asynchronous training sessions.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for training preparation and follow-up.
- Serve as primary point of contact for provider support and advocacy.
- Identify technical pain points and support design of mitigation steps.
- Identify workflow gaps and implement scalable operational solutions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, HR, and IT teams.
- Update and maintain training materials in internal systems.
- Navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
