Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, provider relations, customer service, or enablement.
  • Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Google Suite.
  • Proven project management ability.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Gemini, and WorkRamp is highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and resolve technical issues autonomously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and moderate live and asynchronous training sessions.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for training preparation and follow-up.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for provider support and advocacy.
  • Identify technical pain points and support design of mitigation steps.
  • Identify workflow gaps and implement scalable operational solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, HR, and IT teams.
  • Update and maintain training materials in internal systems.
  • Navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
