Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Management to implement new COE services.
- Manage updates in care app, Salesforce, and internal tracking systems.
- Oversee daily provider billing and account reconciliation.
- Track operational KPIs and generate data insights.
- Maintain documentation in Confluence and the care app.
- Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals.
