Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in operations, consulting, regulatory ops, or program management.
- Strong SQL proficiency.
- Demonstrated project management skills leading programs at scale.
- Experience interfacing with engineering and product teams.
- Proven ability to handle ambiguity and operate as a flexible generalist.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and change management experience.
- Hands-on builder mindset.
- High attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities
- Use SQL to pull, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Partner with Legal, Engineering, Supply, and Scaled Operations teams.
- Self-serve data needs by writing queries and building dashboards.
- Establish operational rhythms including stakeholder management and project tracking.
- Identify and implement opportunities to simplify and automate regulatory workflows.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to test and implement new AI-enabled tools.
- Analyze operational and regulatory risks and build reporting infrastructure.
- Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Interface with engineering to resolve operational issues and support supply onboarding.
