Requirements
- 10+ years running complex client engagements in services or consulting
- Experience managing engagements at the EUR 1M+ scale (Senior tier: EUR 5M+ with marquee fixed-fee experience)
- Proven experience in engagement turnarounds
- Ability to build playbooks while managing work
- Strong C-level presentation and communication skills
- Technical literacy to evaluate project estimates
- Proficiency in using AI tools for research, drafting, and pattern matching
- Hands-on project management experience
Responsibilities
- Design engagements in pre-sales
- Run delivery and day-to-day project management
- Own engagement P&L, budget, margin, and billing accuracy
- Manage weekly status, risks, issues, and stakeholder communication
- Maintain senior client relationships at executive, management, and operating levels
- Drive account growth, renewals, and cross-selling
- Manage change requests and scope discipline
