Responsibilities
- Optimize Fincrime Investigation Workflows to reduce handling time.
- Scale automation and AI-first solutions to reduce manual intervention.
- Improve internal tooling to increase efficiency for Customer Operations.
- Enhance demand forecasting and workforce planning capabilities.
- Drive cultural and process improvements including skills leveling.
- Lead a cross-functional squad (risk, engineering, data, ML).
- Define and deliver on the strategic product roadmap.
- Balance trade-offs between speed, accuracy, and customer experience.
