Requirements
- Significant in-house recruitment experience, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or scaling technology businesses.
- Proven experience hiring across technical functions and seniority levels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities.
- Strong understanding of structured interviewing and inclusive hiring practices.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to influence hiring decisions.
- Comfortable operating autonomously in fast-moving environments.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment systems effectively.
- Experience improving hiring operations or recruitment processes.
- Experience supporting international hiring and distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to define hiring needs, recruitment strategies, and interview processes.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across product and engineering functions primarily, from kick-off through to offer and onboarding.
- Deliver proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent across competitive markets.
- Manage candidate pipelines effectively, ensuring a high-quality and inclusive candidate experience.
- Use market insights and hiring data to advise stakeholders on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategies.
- Drive structured and efficient hiring processes that improve quality, speed, and consistency.
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, assessment quality, and inclusive hiring.
- Contribute to employer brand initiatives and talent attraction campaigns where required.
- Identify opportunities to improve TA processes, tooling, reporting, and operational efficiency.
