Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in design and construct industry specializing in office fitouts
- Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor team
- Proficiency in Revit
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe Suites, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Understanding of building codes and safety standards (NCC and Australian Standards)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers
Responsibilities
- Develop and contribute to design solutions for commercial fit-out projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design intent is aligned with project execution
- Support project development through design input and technical expertise
- Engage with stakeholders to refine and deliver project requirements
- Ensure designs meet both functional and commercial objectives
- Lead individual projects from concept through to handover
- Prepare pitches and presentations
- Develop construction documentation sets and mood boards
