Requirements
- Active Salesforce Administrator certification
- Active Service Cloud Consultant certification
- 5+ years of Salesforce consulting, administration, or business analysis experience
- Hands-on experience supporting Public Sector or Government Cloud Salesforce implementations
- Proficiency with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation
- Strong expertise in Salesforce security, access management, reporting, and dashboards
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Proven stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills
- Ability to work effectively in client-facing consulting engagements
Responsibilities
- Partner with client stakeholders and delivery teams to gather and validate functional requirements.
- Design and configure solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce platform technologies.
- Implement declarative solutions including Flows, page layouts, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, backlog grooming, and user story development.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams for end-to-end delivery.
- Perform administration duties such as user setup, security configurations, and automation maintenance.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Support testing coordination, UAT preparation, and production deployment.
- Ensure platform governance, security, and Government Cloud compliance.
- Provide consultative recommendations for business process optimization and platform adoption.
