Requirements
- 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing enterprise HCM or Recruiting solutions.
- Current certification or prior certification in Workday HCM and/or Recruiting modules.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or UKG.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, solution documentation, and functional design.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong mentoring mindset and collaborative approach.
Responsibilities
- Provide deep functional expertise in the Workday HCM suite, with a strong focus on Recruiting.
- Lead or support end-to-end implementation activities.
- Collaborate with data conversion and integration teams to support legacy data migration and system connectivity.
- Advise clients on Workday best practices.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants.
- Provide clear project updates, risk insights, and status reporting.
