Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing enterprise HCM or Recruiting solutions.
  • Current certification or prior certification in Workday HCM and/or Recruiting modules.
  • Experience working with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or UKG.
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, solution documentation, and functional design.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong mentoring mindset and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

  • Provide deep functional expertise in the Workday HCM suite, with a strong focus on Recruiting.
  • Lead or support end-to-end implementation activities.
  • Collaborate with data conversion and integration teams to support legacy data migration and system connectivity.
  • Advise clients on Workday best practices.
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants.
  • Provide clear project updates, risk insights, and status reporting.
