Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education in HR or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles within a high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday, and strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR tools such as SAP or SharePoint is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • High attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with compliance processes or DOT-related requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple formats, including phone, virtual, and in-person sessions with candidates, hiring managers, and panels.
  • Support Talent Acquisition Specialists and HR teams throughout the recruitment and offer process lifecycle.
  • Manage candidate workflows, documentation, and updates within applicant tracking systems such as Workday.
  • Oversee pre-employment processes including background checks, drug screens, DOT requirements, and other compliance-related steps.
  • Handle recruiting administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, HR tickets, and internal coordination requests.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and efficient process management.
  • Collaborate on recruiting projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition function.
