Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to independently manage high-volume recruitment efforts.
- Strong expertise with applicant tracking systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS).
- Deep understanding of inclusive and equitable hiring practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging recruiting metrics.
- Proficiency sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Experience in mission-driven, nonprofit, or values-based organizations is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for a wide variety of positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives, talent mapping activities, and pipeline-building strategies to attract high-quality and diverse talent.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and organizational leaders to define hiring needs, streamline recruitment workflows, and implement inclusive, competency-based hiring practices.
- Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, efficient processes, and positive engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support employer branding initiatives by contributing to recruitment marketing campaigns, digital outreach efforts, and employee value proposition messaging.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Finance, Operations, IT, Communications, Marketing, and Development to ensure effective hiring operations and process alignment.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring outcomes to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations, equal opportunity guidelines, and internal recruitment policies.
- Contribute to onboarding alignment and long-term employee engagement initiatives.
