Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-6+ years of experience in controls design, building systems, or low-voltage systems.
- Proficiency in Revit (strongly preferred).
- Experience with AutoCAD (required).
- Basic understanding of BAS/BMS systems and DDC controls.
- Knowledge of integration with HVAC systems.
- Exposure to fire alarm, security, or communications systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce control system design drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Support the design of building automation and control systems for HVAC and related systems.
- Assist with layout, schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel designs.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and other disciplines.
- Contribute to low-voltage system design efforts, including controls and fire alarm.
- Update and maintain project documentation.
- Support design reviews.
- Assist with submittals, as-built drawings, and commissioning documentation.
