- Proven experience creating and executing marketing campaigns.
- Full English fluency (written and spoken).
- Native-level proficiency in French and/or Dutch.
- Strong ability to measure impact and ROI of partnerships.
- Excellent networking and pitching skills.
- Strong communication and content creation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.

- Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Scout and close new strategic partners (social secretaries, business federations, accountants, insurers).
- Manage the full cycle of partnership from outreach through contract negotiation.
- Drive partner activation through check-ins, marketing collateral, and joint campaigns.
- Nurture and optimize partner portfolio via relationship management and performance reviews.
- Track key performance metrics and report on partnership ROI.
- Maintain accurate tracking in CRM systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, product, and sales teams.
